Q. Am I charged if my flight is delayed?
A. No, we do not charge you extra if your flight is delayed
Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. If you have provided your mobile number we will try and contact you if we have difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number so you can ring us if you need to.
Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?
A: Yes, the price quoted is the price you pay.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
A: Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle.
Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?
A: Yes we provide a 24-hour booked service; call us anytime.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us 24 hours prior to your booking there will be no refund.
Q: Do you accept Euros?
A: Yes (notes only).
